Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the waitlist for Phasepost. Phasepost by Moon Launch, operated by Moon Launch LLC ("we").
What we collect
- Your email address. That's the only thing we ask you for.
- Bot check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Your browser sends Turnstile's signals to Cloudflare, and when you submit, our server sends Cloudflare the check token and your IP address so Cloudflare can verify the check. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy terms. Cloudflare's reply tells us whether the check passed, the website hostname, and the form action the check was for. We don't store that reply.
- Abuse protection. To rate-limit signups, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours. We don't keep the IP address itself.
- Technical logs. Our server keeps short event and error logs (for example, that a signup was confirmed, or the type of an error) for up to 30 days. They don't include your email address, your IP address, or the links we email you.
We don't use advertising tags, tracking pixels, or affiliate links on this page. We don’t use analytics on this page.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to send you launch and beta invites for Phasepost. No other marketing.
Double opt-in
After you sign up, we send one email asking you to confirm. Until you confirm, you're not on the list.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Your email is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that holds only this waitlist. It is run by Moon Launch LLC on Cloudflare. These can access it: Moon Launch LLC's owner; one operator approved by Moon Launch LLC's compliance lead to carry out deletion requests, for that purpose only; and the automated waitlist service. Cloudflare hosts the database as our service provider. Our internal tools and reports see sign-up counts, not addresses.
How long we keep it
- Not confirmed within 30 days: deleted automatically.
- Confirmed: kept until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist or product shuts down. Then we delete it.
- Restore history: our database keeps an automatic restore history so it can be recovered after a failure. Anything we delete, including your email and the IP-address hash, can stay in that history for up to 30 days. After that it's overwritten.
No selling or sharing
We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone. Cloudflare acts as our service provider: it hosts the waitlist and its database, runs the bot check, and sends our emails through Cloudflare Email Service.
How to delete your email
Use the delete link in the confirmation email, or write to partners@moonlaunch.studio. We'll delete it and tell you when it's done.
Children
This waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their email addresses. If you think a child has signed up, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the effective date above. We won't use your email for a new purpose without asking you first.
